Dr. Saber completed his A.S. in 1986 from Mohawk Valley Community College and then completed his B.S. in 1988 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He further completed his M.S. in 1992 and then earned his Ph.D. in 1996 from the University of Rochester.
Currently, Dr. Saber is the Professor in the Department of Electrical and Microelectronic Engineering at Kate Gleason College of Engineering and the Extended Faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also the Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Rochester. He has additional knowledge in digital image processing, video processing, image segmentation, object tracking, surveillance processing and 3D scene reconstruction.
