Prior to these roles, he served as Co-President of Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company, where he was instrumental in leading the firm until December 2020. His career also includes significant roles as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he worked from 1984 to 1996. He began his professional journey as an Assistant National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, followed by positions as Senior Accountant at Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Controller at the Carnegie Corporation of New York.
