His research focuses on healthcare-acquired infections and antimicrobial resistance in healthcare and community settings.He is particularly interested in the relationship between patterns of antibiotic utilization and antimicrobial resistance as well as the impact of antibiotic resistance on clinical and economic outcomes. He is certified inInfectious Disease by American Board of Internal Medicine. He has his active license under PA State Medical License.
