He further completed his internship in General Surgery in the year 1985 and his residency in Neurosurgery in the year 1990 from the Millard Fillmore Hospital and the University of Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. Currently, Dr. Moreland is the Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences at the SUNY at Buffalo and the Adjunct Professor for Physician Assistant Program at Daemen College. He is also a Staff Surgeon at the Catholic Health System and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. He also practices at Comprehensive Neuroscience Center in Williamsville, New York.
