Diana Bubanja

Dr. Diana Bubanja is a licensed physical therapist, a Certified Life Care Planner and Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator from Walnut Creek, California. She has more than 30 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, and home-based physical therapy, specializing in orthopedic and neurological physical rehabilitation. She also owned and operate physical therapy clinics in Oakland and Richmond. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. She has also qualified as an expert in the Superior Court in multiple counties. She also provides expert witness services related to the standards of care in the field of physical therapy. She has completed her bachelor of science in Kinesiology and Physical Education from California State Hayward, Hayward, California in 1983. She has completed Graduate Study in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University, San Jose, California in 1985. She completed bachelor of science in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s College, Los Angeles, California in 1987. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2005 and Life Care Planner Certification Program from Capital University Law School, Columbus in 2013. She worked as a retained expert in personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, maritime, and long-term disability cases involving functional capacity and life care plan development. She has also worked with attorneys and clients to provide Functional Capacity Evaluations and Life Care Plans for a wide range of injury conditions for both the plaintiff and defense.
