Denise Marie Culkin Potter

Nurse Denise Marie Culkin Potter-Cole, R.N., C.C.R.N., C.E.N., A.C.L.S. is a registered nurse based in Greenville, South Carolina. She has certification in Emergency nursing, Pediatric advanced life support, advanced cardiac life support, Critical care nursing and NIH Stroke Scale International. She completed her Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Augusta State University from 1981 to 1984. She served as a Registered Nurse at Medical College of Georgia from Jun 1984 to Dec 2004. She also served as Staff RN in a PRN position in inpatient and outpatient PACU, as well as being staff RN at the Doctors Hospital Day Surgery facility from 1990 to 2004. She was responsible for Caring for adult and pediatric patients with critical, acute and chronic illnesses as well as patients with mild to severe injuries at Mary Black Health System from Jan 2005 to June 2016. She is an ESI Triage Instructor, employed in an ED that is a Certified Stroke Center and Certified Chest Pain Center. She is affiliated with Pelham Medical Center since June 2016 where she serves as Staff RN with duty to provide timely care and treatment of STEMI and Code Stroke patients along with frequent transfers of STEMI patients to Spartanburg Regional Hospital who require interventional cardiac cath procedures and/or cardiovascular surgery.
