Dr. Dean Constantine Delis, Ph.D. is a neuropsychology expert witness from California. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of New Jersey and Wisconsin. He is also certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Dr. Delis completed his B.A. in Psychology in 1973 from the University of California and then earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1980 from the University of Wyoming. He further completed his internship and fellowship from the Palo Alto V.A. Medical Center and the Boston V.A. Medical Center. Currently, he is the Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry at the UCSD School of Medicine. He also serves as the Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the San Diego State University.
