David Wolfson is a banking, commercial law and litigation (NEC) expert witness from Scottland. He completed his Maters of Arts from Selwyn College in Cambridge.
Currently, David Wolfson independently practices across a broad range of commercial law, both in litigation and international arbitration, specialising in banking, finance and insolvency law, professional negligence, domestic and international sale of goods, arbitration (domestic and international), jurisdiction disputes and sports law. He is also the Chair of the Football Regulatory Authority. Prior to this, he was the Minister of Justice in the House of Lords.
