Expert Details
Connecticut and then earned his M.D. in 1977 from the University of California at San Diego at La Jolla, California. He further completed his residency and fellowships from the Massachusetts General Hospital at Boston, Massachusetts. He also completed his Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology in 1985 from the School of Public Health, Harvard University at Brookline, Massachusetts. Currently, Dr. Weber is the Professor of Medicine in Pediatrics and Epidemiology at the UNC School of Medicine and the Professor of Epidemiology at the Gillings School of Global Public Health. He is also the Medical Director of the UNC Hospitals’ Departments of Hospital Epidemiology and the Associate Chief Medical Officer of the UNC Health Care. Dr. Weber has several publications to his credit.
