Additionally, Mr. Shipley has experience in event security as the Security Director for HeavenFest in 2012 and began his law enforcement career at the Larimer County Sheriff's Office, progressing from Dispatcher to Inspector. With over 40 years of public service experience, Mr. Shipley offers expertise in law enforcement, community safety, and information sharing.
