David M. Schuermann, A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B., is a highly experienced and accomplished architect with a career spanning several decades. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Architecture in 1975 and became licensed in the State of Tennessee in 1981. He is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Mr. Schuermann is the Managing Principal of ArchInc, a position he has held since 1994. Prior to this, he was the President of DMS, Inc. and owned his own practice, David M. Schuermann, AIA, for a year in 1985-1986. Earlier in his career, he worked as an architect at Bologna & Associates, Inc. With a strong background in architectural design and management, Mr. Schuermann has led numerous projects and contributed significantly to the field of architecture over the course of his career.
