David Ezra Mandelbaum

Dr. David Ezra Mandelbaum, M.D., Ph.D. is a Child Neurology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Clinical Neurophysiology, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Expert witness from Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Mandelbaum completed Undergraduate from Columbia College in 1974. He completed M.D. from College of Physicians and Surgeons at New York. Dr, Mandelbaum Completed his Ph.D. from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at New York in 1980. He did Pediatric Residency from Yale-New Haven Hospital at New Haven in 1982. He did Neurology Residency from Neurological Institute, Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center at New York in 1983. Dr. Mandelbaum did Fellow in Pediatric Neurology also from Neurological Institute, Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in 1985. Dr. Mandelbaum is board certified Fellow by American Academy of Neurology. He is also board certification from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, American Board of Pediatrics. He is also Diplomate from National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Mandelbaum is currently professor of Clinical Neurosciences and Pediatrics at Brown University. He was also Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Mandelbaum was also Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Mandelbaum is currently the Director of the Division of Child Neurology at Rhode Island and Hasbro Children's Hospitals.
