David Anthony Hnatow

Dr. David Anthony Hnatow, M.D., F.A.C.E.P., F.A.A.E.M. is a physician based in San Antonio, Texas. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine. He did his graduation from Georgetown University School of Medicine in the year 1985. He did his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Moravian College, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1981 prior to the commencement of his medical studies. He did his Internship from Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in 1986. He served the United States Air force as an emergency medicine physician from 1985 to 1993. He was the Chief of Division of Emergency Medicine and Associate Professor at UT Health San Antonio since 1994 for a period of 14 years. He held the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at UT Health San Antonio from September 2015. He was also the Medical Director of Emergency Center at University Health System, San Antonio, Texas. He holds the position of Medical Director in the Public Safety Unit at The Center for Health Care Services, San Antonio, Texas. He is affiliated with GSEP Emergency Medicine since 2008 where he serves as an Emergency Physician and Director of Finance. He is also the Medical Director of Centene Corporation since March 2016. He is a member of American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
