Throughout his career, Hamstra has led basin studies, drainage investigations, flood mitigation projects, and stormwater capital programs for numerous municipalities, counties, and community development districts. He has secured more than $90 million in grants supporting engineering design and implementation for stormwater and flood mitigation infrastructure projects.
