Dr. David Joel Goodman, Ph.D. is an electrical engineering expert witness from New York. He earned his B.E.E. in 1960 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.E.E. in 1962 from New York University. Then he earned his Ph.D. in 1967 from Imperial College of Science and Technology.
Currently, Dr. Goodman is the Professor Emeritus at Polytechnic Institute of New York University. Prior to this, he was the Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Director at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University. Further before that, he was the Program Director of Computer Networks and Systems at National Science Foundation and the Director at Rutgers University.
He has additional knowledge in communication, modulation and coding, digital signal processing and speech quality.
