Dr. David Alan Fisher M.D. is an orthopedic surgery expert witness from Indiana. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1977 from DePauw University and then completed his post-graduate degree in Biophysics and Histology in 1978 from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1982 from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Fisher further completed his internship at Methodist Hospital and his residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. He also completed his fellowship at St. Anthony Hospital. He has physician’s licenses from the states of Indiana and Florida and is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
