Dr. David John Bizzak, Ph.D., P.E., C.F.E.I., C.V.F.I., also known as Dave Bizzak, is a mechanical engineering expert witness from Pennsylvania. He has professional engineering licenses from the states of Pennsylvania, Mississippi, South Carolina, and West Virginia. He is also a certified fire and explosion investigator and a certified vehicle fire investigator certified by the National Association of Fire Investigators. Dr. Bizzak completed his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1982 from Texas A&M University. He then completed his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1989 and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 1993 from Carnegie Mellon University. Currently, Dr. Bizzak is the President and a Forensic Engineer at Romualdi, Davidson and Associates, Inc.
