She completed her teaching assistantship at Northeastern University School of Nursing and her healthcare administration externship at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She has a nursing license from the state of Ohio.

Currently, Daphna Grossman-Goren is the Administrator and Co-investigator in Geriatric Clinical Consortium Grant Program in the Department of Family Medicine at St. Vincent Charity Hospital of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She is also the Nurse Supervisor and Coordinator at Home Health Care Nursing and Medical-Legal Nurse Consultant at Goren Medical-Legal Research, Documentation and Consultation Group.
