He also completed internship in internal medicine in 1980 and then completed his residencies in internal medicine and neurology in 1982 and 1985 from the the Duke University at Durham, North Carolina. Currently, Dr. Howley is a Neuro-hospitalist at the Capital Neurology Associates, PSC. He is also the Owner and Medical Director at the Independent Diagnostic Services (IDS). He resides in Pennsylvania.com
