Dr. Daniel J. Hoffman, Ph.D., is a nutrition and public health expert with academic and research experience in human nutrition, epidemiology, and nutritional sciences. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Biology from St. John’s University in 1988. He subsequently received a Master of Science in Cell Biology from The Catholic University of America in 1991, a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the Boston University School of Public Health in 1995, and a Certificate in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the World Health Organization in 1995. Dr. Hoffman completed his Ph.D. in Human Nutrition in 1999 at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
