Daniel R. Billington, II, also known as Dan Billington, is an accredited collision reconstructionist (ACTAR #1913) with experience in collision analysis, human factors, visibility, and lighting. He has conducted approximately 1,000 collision reconstructions since 2005 and has participated in the investigation of more than 3,000 collisions since 1998. His work includes analysis of pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle, commercial vehicle, and emergency vehicle incidents, as well as low-velocity impacts, occupant kinematics, seat belt usage, and mechanical system-related issues.
