Dr. Dacheng Ren, Ph.D. is a chemical engineering expert witness from New York. He completed his B.E. in Applied Chemistry in 1996 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in P.R.C. and then completed his M.E. in Chemical Engineering in 1999 from Tianjin University in P.R.C. He then completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering in 2003 from the University of Connecticut. He further completed his Postdoctoral associate in Chemical Engineering in 2005 from Cornell University.

Currently, Dr. Ren is the Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs at Syracuse University School of Engineering and Computer Science. Additionally, he is the Director at Syracuse Biomaterials Institute.
