Dr. Cosmo Lyle Fraser, M.D. is an internal medicine expert witness from California. He completed his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1975 and then earned his M.D. in 1979 from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. He further completed his internship and residency at Downstate Medical Center - Kings County Hospital and  then completed his fellowships at Veterans Administration Medical Center and at the University of California, San Francisco. He has a physician's license from the state of California and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
