Dr. Clarence Buddy Creech II, M.D., M.P.H. is a pediatrics expert witness from Tennessee. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1995 from Vanderbilt University and then earned his M.D. in 1999 from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine. He further completed his residency and his fellowship from Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Dr. Creech also completed his Master of Public Health in 2006 from Vanderbilt University and completed his fellowship from Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital. He has a physician's license from the state of Tennessee and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.

Currently, Dr. Creech is the Director of Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program and the Director of Pediatric ID Fellowship Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is also the Edie Carell Johnson Chair and Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Creech has additional knowledge in pediatric infectious diseases and public health.
