In these roles, she has provided expert analysis on financial markets, regulations, and risk management. Before her tenure at the SEC, Dr. Becker was a Principal at Chicago Partners, LLC (2006–2008) and worked as an Economist and Principal at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (2003–2006). She began her career as an Economic Consultant at Andersen LLP (1997–2003), where she provided strategic insights to major clients in the finance and consulting sectors. Dr. Becker also has experience in academia, having lectured at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1997. Her broad expertise in economic and financial risk analysis, along with her leadership experience, positions him as a leading figure in her field.
