Before joining Stanford, Dr. Brady held academic and clinical appointments at the University of Louisville, Kaiser Permanente, and Hennepin County Medical Center, where she developed and directed pediatric consultation-liaison and gender services.

She has authored peer-reviewed research and book chapters on pediatric psychology, ADHD, and gender identity development. Her recent work includes publications and conference presentations on the care of transgender and gender-diverse youth. Dr. Brady’s background integrates pediatric, clinical, and gender-affirming psychological practice.
