In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Thrutchley has significant human resources leadership experience, having served as Human Resources Director for Tulsa Public Schools. Earlier in his career, he was an owner and partner in private law practices and an associate at Conner & Winters. His combined legal and HR expertise positions him as a knowledgeable authority in employment law, workplace compliance, and civil rights matters.
