Dr. Charles Scott Hultman M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.S. is a plastic surgery expert witness from Baltimore, Maryland. He also has expertise in general surgery. He has active medical practitioner’s licenses from the states of Maryland and North Carolina, and is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery. He completed his undergraduate training from Brown University where he obtained a B.A. in psychology. He also obtained an executive MBA from the UNC Kenan Flagler Business School. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine with his medical degree in 1990. Dr. Hultman then completed training in general surgery and surgical critical care at the University of North Carolina, where he also pursued a two-year basic science fellowship in burn immunology. He completed his training in plastic surgery at Emory University. Currently he is Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University, where he serves as Vice-Chair of Strategy and Director of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Burn Center. He is also the former Ethel and James Valone Distinguished Professor of Surgery at the University of North Carolina.
