He completed Practice Instructor in Surgery from Baylor College of Medicine at Houston, Texas. Currently, Dr.Stowe is Medical Director Cardiovascular Surgical Services and Affiliated with Duke University Health Systems of Indian River Medical Center at the Consulting Associate Duke University Department of Surgery. And also he is Active Staff of Indian River Medical Center of Florida. He is Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has few publications to his credit.
