Dr. Carlton Simpson Gass, Ph.D., A.B.P.P. is a clinical psychology expert witness from Florida. He completed his B.A in 1977 from Vanderbilt University, then completed his M.A in 1979 from Princeton Theological Seminary and then earned his Ph.D. in 1983 from the University of Louisville. He further completed his post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Miami, School of Medicine.

Currently, Dr. Gass is a neuropsychologist at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. Prior to this, he was a Clinical Affiliate at Nova Southeastern University and an Adjunct Faculty in the Departments of Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. He was also the Director of Neuropsychology Laboratory/Clinic at Miami VA Medical Center.
