Dr. Carlos Seiglie Ph.D., M.A. is an economics expert witness from New Jersey. He has expertise in Cuban and Latin American economic and political relations, as well as a corporate consulting background. He completed his B.A. in Economics, Summa cum laude from the Rutgers University and then completed his M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago. Subsequently. He completed his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. He has served at Columbia University, the Helsinki School of Economics and the Faculty at the Rutgers Division of Global Affairs. Currently, Dr. Carlos Seiglie is Professor of Economics and Chair of the Economics Department at Rutgers–Newark Colleges of Arts & Sciences. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Université Pierre Mendes France - Grenoble II. He has numerous publications to his credit.
