Dr. Carl Joel Abraham Ph.D., D.Sc., J.D., P.E. is a Certified Professional Chemical Engineering expert witness from New York. He is also specialized in Safety Engineering, Fire Investigation. He is a Licensed Professional Safety Engineer from CA and Licensed Professional Engineer from State of Mississippi. He completed his B.A. in Chemistry & Mathematics with Minor Physics from Hofstra University at Hempstead, NY and also a Graduate Fellowship in Chemistry from University of Oregon at Eugene, OR. He then received M.S. from University of the Pacific at Stockton, CA and a graduate fellowship in Chemistry from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, NC, he also gained graduate study in secondary education - Permanent Certification in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and General Science from Hofstra University at Hempstead, NY. He is the former Director of Sports, Recreation & the Athletics Division of Inter-City Testing & Consulting Corp. He is a member of American Industrial Hygiene Association and American Society of Safety Engineers.
