Williams is currently the owner and manager of DUA Process Engineering, where he provides process engineering, Aspen modeling, and process safety analysis services. Prior to that role, he served in senior engineering positions with Covestro, Novus International, Sadara Chemical Company, and Dow Chemical Company.

Throughout his career, Williams has worked on projects involving chlor-alkali, hydrochloric acid, methionine, styrene monomer, agricultural chemicals, polycarbonate compounding, and isocyanate manufacturing, including MDI and TDI processes. His experience includes process design, plant startup, debottlenecking, fluid flow analysis, heat transfer, separations, excessive pressure management, and process hazard analysis.

Williams has managed and supported large-scale engineering projects, including front-end loading studies, mass and energy balance evaluations, and plant integration efforts. He has also led HAZOP, LOPA, and other process safety reviews and has extensive experience with Aspen process modeling and related engineering software.
