Dr. Bruce J. Kelman Ph.D., D.A.B.T., A.T.S. is a Toxicology expert witness from Washington. He is also certified by the American Board of Toxicology. Dr. Kelman completed his B.S. in Department of Physiology and Biophysics in 1969 from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, University of Illinois. He also completed his M.S. in Department of Physiology and Pharmacology in 1971 and then earned his Ph.D. in Department of Physiology and Pharmacology in 1975 from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Illinois. He further completed his Post-Doctoral Research Associate in 1976 from the University of Tennessee, Comparative Animal Research Laboratory at Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Currently, Dr. Kelman is the Toxicologist at the J.S. Held Engineering Services PLLC.
