His most recent roles at ATF included Chief of the Advanced Firearms & Interstate Nexus Branch and Program Manager of the Interstate Nexus Training Program within the Firearms and Ammunition Technology Division. He also served as Resident Agent in Charge of the Grand Rapids Field Office and as a Special Agent across multiple assignments.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Luettke worked as a police officer for the City of Novi, a U.S. Customs Inspector in Detroit, and served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division.

His areas of expertise include firearms identification, interstate nexus analysis, and firearms regulation enforcement, with experience supporting investigations and legal proceedings involving federal firearms law.
