He further completed his internships at Menninger Institute Topeka, Kansas and Vancouver General Hospital in British Columbia, Canada followed by his residency at LAC-USC Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Jacks is the Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Southern California and is a Medical Doctor and Psychiatrist at Garland & Associates.
