Barry Erik Parsons

Barry Erik Parsons, F.M.P., C.P., C.S.I., O.S.H.A. is a food safety expert witness from Pennsylvania. He is a certified professional food manager, Servsafe Food Protection Manager, ServSafe Instructor and Registered ServSafe Proctor and International Certified Food Safety Manager. He completed his A.A. in Science -Business Management in 1984 from the Pierce Junior College and also completed his training on Basic HACCP from the St. Joseph’s University Protect and Defend our Nation’s Food Supply, Pennsylvania. Currently, Mr. Parsons is a food safety coordinator at Stauffers of Kissel Hill and Pennsylvania State Certified ServSafe Instructor at the Pennsylvania State Cooperative Extension. He is also a senior consultant at the Paster Training Inc. He is a department of Agricultural Science- Extension Food Safety-ServSafe Trainer at Pennsylvania State University. He was a food safety expert at the Robson Forensic Inc. for the years of 2009 to 2019 and a general manager of the Wendy’s Target Food Systems for the years of 1995 to 1997, Boston Chicken Mid-Atlantic L.P. for the years of 1994 to 1995 and Roy Rogers/Hardee’s Inc. for the years of 1990 to 1994. He has several publications to his credit. He is also a member of the Central Atlantic States Association of Food and Drug Officials, Food Marketing Institute and Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association-Member Food Safety Council.
