Barry L. Davis is a mediator and arbitrator with decades of experience litigating and serving as lead trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in complex construction, commercial, and insurance-related disputes. His background includes insurance coverage and bad faith matters, mass tort and class action litigation, and high-exposure personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has served as lead counsel in matters involving numerous parties and insurers, including large, multi-party construction-related disputes.

Mr. Davis is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and has maintained that certification since 1989. He practiced for more than 25 years in private practice, co-founding a law firm that grew to approximately 30 attorneys, where he served as managing partner. Following its acquisition by an international law firm, he continued in a managing partner role. For more than two decades, he also served as outside U.S. general counsel and a U.S. board member for a multinational construction company.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Davis has experience as an adjunct professor of law, teaching settlement negotiation and serving as a trial team coach. He is certified as a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Civil Mediator and as a U.S. District Court Mediator for the Southern District of Florida. He is admitted to practice before multiple federal and state courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
