Dr. Anthony James Scarcella, M.D., J.D. is an emergency medicine expert witness from Florida. His expertise also includes medical legal consulting and law. He finished his schooling from the Torrance High School in California and then completed his B.A. in Biology in 1981 from the Carroll College at Helena, Montana and then earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1984 from the UTESA School of Medicine at Santo Domingo in Dominican Republic. He also completed his transitional year residency and his first residency in Pediatrics from the Conemaugh Valley Memorial Hospital at Johnstown, Pennsylvania and the Georgetown University Hospital at Washington, DC. He further completed his second residency in Pediatrics and his third residency in Emergency Medicine from the Orlando Regional Medical Center at Orlando, Florida. He also completed his Juris Doctor in 2003 from the Barry University School of Law at Orlando, Florida. Currently, Dr. Scarcella is an emergency physician at the Eisenhower Medical Center. He is also an Emergency Medicine Expert Witness at the ER Medicine Expert Witness.
