She has also worked on complex litigation involving antitrust claims, class-wide damages, fraud, environmental exposure, and statistical sampling issues.

Earlier in her career, Ms. McGrath was a Portfolio Analyst in Retail Risk Management at Wells Fargo Bank and taught statistics at both the University of Phoenix and the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is a member of the American Statistical Association and has experience in auditing data reliability, preparing expert reports, and managing litigation support engagements.
