Dr. Andrew Kenneth Sands, M.D., F.A.A.O.S. is an orthopaedic surgery expert witness from New York. He further completed fellowship in Foot & Ankle Surgery in 1994 from the Harborview Medical Center at the University of Washington, Medical Center at Seattle, Washington. Currently, Dr. Sands is the Chief of the Division of Foot & Ankle Surgery at the NY Presbyterian – Lower Manhattan Hospital at New York City, New York. He also served as the Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at the Weill Cornell Medical College and also he is the Orthopedic Residency – Coordinator and the Section Chief in Foot & Ankle Surgery at the Kingsbrook Medical Center at Brooklyn, New York. He also has several publications to his credit. He resides in New York. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
