Expert Details

Special Agent Andrew Kerstetter has served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Oklahoma City since October 2007. He is a member of the FBI’s Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST) program and is assigned to the Oklahoma City Safe Streets Task Force and Violent Crime Squad. In these roles, he has participated in numerous types of FBI investigations. As part of the CAST program, he provides historical analysis of Cell Site Location Information (CSLI), Google Location History, and other location-based records for cellular devices.
