Andrea Beth Bradford

Andrea Bradford, M.Ed., C.R.C. is a Vocational Expert Witness who provides expert option about individuals accommodation requirements and needs, job availability in the current labor market and the skills needed to perform certain jobs. She resides at Austin in Texas. She completed her graduation with B.A. in Social Work from Baylor University during 2001 – 2005. She completed her M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counselling from The University of Texas at Austin during 2007 – 2009. She attended the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education, Counseling Practicum at Cris Cole Rehabilitation Center and she was also a Teacher at ARCIL (taught classes including job readiness, volunteerism and disaster preparedness). She has worked as a Marketing and Sales Consultant at Web Core Technologies since 2007 – 2009. She did her internship at the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services where she provided career and counseling services to individuals who were returning to work. She handled several cases which included initial diagnostic interviews, assessment and planning, developing an individualized plan for employment, determining services that were needed on a case. She was the counselor of the day an average of once per week. She also did community outreach to help educate employers and other organizations on the services provided by DARS in 2009. She has been a Coach at Austin Career Coaching during 2009 – 2010. Currently, she is the President at the Pivotal Life Coaching and Career Services where s she provides life coaching, career coaching, job placement and vocational evaluation services for individuals looking for their next career step. She has a passion for helping others find a career that they love in a place that is a great fit for their specific needs and interests. She also has a contract with the Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services and work with state-wide Workers Compensation cases.
