Her administrative roles include serving as Infectious Diseases Liaison to the Massachusetts Sheriffs Association and as faculty with the Center of Integrative Management of Antimicrobial Research. She previously coordinated addiction curriculum development, research meetings, and multiple educational programs at Tufts Medical Center.

Her academic activities include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows across topics such as HIV, hepatitis C, endocarditis, pneumonia, and infections affecting people who use drugs. She has participated in institutional and statewide committees focused on opioid management, vaccine education, and COVID-19 research. Nationally, she has served on the Infectious Diseases Society of America’s Opioid Task Force and contributed to HIV/AIDS program services for justice-involved individuals.
