Prof. Alper Yilmaz, Ph.D. is a computer science expert witness from Ohio. He completed his B.S. from Yildiz Technical University in 1997, then completed his M.E. from Istanbul Technical University in 1999, and completed his M.S. from University of Central Florida in 2001, after that received his Ph.D. from University of Central Florida in 2004. Dr. Yilmaz is a Professor in Civil Environmental and Geodetic Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering (courtesy) Departments at The Ohio State University.
