Allen Montgomery Parkman

Dr. Allen Montgomery Parkman, Ph.D., J.D., M.A., B.A. is a Policy Development, Management, Economics, International Relations Expert witness from Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Parkman Completed his Ph.D. in Theory, Economic History and Institutions, Labor Economics, and Public Finance. He completed Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1973. Dr. Parkman completed J.D. from the University of New Mexico in 1979. He completed his M.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1970. Dr. Parkman did B.A. in International Relations from Brown University in 1962. He is currently Regents' Professor Emeritus at Anderson Schools of Management, University of New Mexico since 1990. Dr. Parkman was Visiting Scholar at Institute for Research in the Social Sciences, University of York. He was Senior Staff Economist at President's Council of Economic Advisers, Washington DC. He got Academic Honors from Anderson Schools of Management Research Professor of the Year, 1991 to 2000. He served as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Anderson Schools of Management, University of New Mexico located at Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Parkman was also an Assistant Professor of New College, Sarasota, Florida and Instructor, at Santa Monica College, Santa Monica, California.
