Dr. Alexander Schwartzman, M.B.A., M.D., F.A.C.S. is a surgery expert witness from New York. He earned his M.D. in 1983 from CETEC University School of Medicine and his M.B.A. in 2014 from the George Washington University. He has a physician's license from the state of New York and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.
Currently, Dr. Schwartzman is the President of the Medical and Dental Staff at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. Additionally, he is the Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery, the Clinical Professor and the Medical Director at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Prior to this, he was the Surgeon at the Long Island College Hospital and the Brooklyn Hospital Center.
