His expertise includes identifying non-compliant and hazardous track conditions and evaluating the adequacy of railroad inspection practices and the degree of care exercised by railroads in maintaining track safety. His professional background reflects extensive hands-on experience in rail integrity, track inspection, and accident causation analysis.
