Dr. Levy continued his medical training with a residency in OB/GYN at the University of California, San Francisco. He holds medical licenses in California and Nevada, and he is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Currently, Dr. Levy is an Associate Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) School of Medicine, where he also serves as the Ryan Program Director in the Division of Family Planning. From 2013 to 2017, he held a similar academic role at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he contributed to the training of medical students and residents. In addition to his academic positions, he has a robust clinical background. He worked as a solo OB/GYN practitioner from 1992 to 1999 in Las Vegas and later collaborated with Dr. William Ramos at A-Z Women’s Center from 2001 to 2013. He has also provided care at the Birth Control Care Center since 2014, focusing on women's reproductive health. Dr. Levy's career includes distinguished service in the United States Air Force as an OB/GYN Specialist, where he reached the rank of Major. He was deployed as a Medical Officer during Desert Shield and Desert Storm from 1991 to 1992, earning a decorated honorable discharge.
