Currently, Mr. Cannon provides expert witness services in web accessibility, including trial testimony, depositions, and consulting during pretrial and pre-settlement proceedings. Previously, he co-founded Accessible360 in 2016 and served as its Chief Accessibility Officer until the company was acquired in 2020. In that role, he led website and mobile application accessibility audits, design reviews, accessibility training, digital accessibility consulting, and legal consulting services for attorneys involved in website and mobile accessibility litigation. As a court-certified expert witness, he has been retained in numerous web accessibility matters. Mr. Cannon is also a lifelong screen reader user and has extensive experience using assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, VoiceOver, and Orca, to evaluate the accessibility of digital products.
